Terms of Service Agreement

1. Parties Involved
Agreement between Artist and Commissioner
2. Commission Details
Description: Digital Illustration
3. Payment Terms
Total Fee: Selected from Commission Type
Deposit: 50% (non-refundable)
Balance due upon completion.
Additional costs for shipping
4. Revisions and Approval
Initial sketch approval required.
Up to 3 revisions included; extra revisions $25 each.
5. Delivery and Shipping
If applicable the Client pays shipping costs.
6. Rights and Usage
Artist retains all rights and may use Artwork for self-promotion.
Client gets non-exclusive, personal use license; no commercial use unless commercial fee is paid upfront.
Client must credit Artist.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Artist can cancel with full refund.
Client cancellation: deposit non-refundable; billed for hours worked beyond deposit.
No refunds for completed work.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep shared information confidential.
9. Liability
Artist not liable for damages/issues arising from Client's use of Artwork.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of CA, MO, USA.
Acceptance
By confirming/accepting payment, both parties agree to these terms.

Skeb Terms of Service

• Total payment collected before starting the project
• Round-trip of “Send a request” and “Make a delivery,” and there will be no halfway exchanges.
• Estimates, meetings, and retakes are prohibited
• The degree of perfection will be decided by creators and clients cannot challenge creators about the degree of perfection.
• Creators do not need to follow any details, such as characters, compositions, resolutions, differences, or file formats.
• If you cannot agree on the condition that you will be fine with whatever the deliverable will be, you cannot use this service.
•Artist can cancel with full refund.
Client cancellation: 50% refundable; billed for hours worked beyond deposit at the rate of $20/Hour.
• As the details and the degree of perfection are not guaranteed, if you thought “It is not a cheap price,” please refrain from using the service.
